Full payment is required for all online bookings in advance, at the time of booking your Golf, Escape room or Party room experience.

Online bookings and any subsequent payments made to Brag Enterprises (including Crazy golf, Escape room and Party room experiences) are strictly non-refundable and cannot be cancelled.

Brag Enterprises reserves the right to cancel, amend, change or withdraw any offer or promotion at any time. ​

Your Online Booking

Once we have taken payment for your booking, we will send you a confirmation email. If you do not receive your confirmation email within 24 hours of booking, please contact the site you booked at from the list below:

You will need your booking email to collect your tickets at the venue. Entry may be refused if you do not bring your confirmation email.

Alterations To Your Booking

If you wish to change your booking at any time after you have paid please contact us by telephone or using the online form. We do not make any guarantees and we do not offer refunds. If we are able to change your booking, they will confirm this over the phone.
